Return Policy

FOR NUT PRODUCTS

At Blackthorne Luxe, we take great pride in the quality and safety of our products. However, due to the nature of food products, especially those containing nuts, we have specific guidelines regarding returns.

1. Return Eligibility We do not accept returns on any nut-containing products once they have been opened or consumed. For health and safety reasons, all food products are non-returnable unless they are defective or were damaged during shipping.

2. Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a product containing nuts that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. Process for Returns or Refunds To initiate a return or refund request:

  • Contact us at Questions@BlackthorneLuxe.com within 48 hours of receiving your product.

  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos of any defects or damage (if applicable).

  • We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return the product (if necessary) or process your refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, all food products containing nuts are non-returnable if opened or consumed. Additionally, items such as custom orders, gift baskets, or personalized products are also non-returnable.

5. Refunds Once a return is approved, and the product is received or verified, we will process a refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, we may cover the return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges on nut-containing products. If you wish to exchange a product for another, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

8. Allergy Disclaimer Due to the possibility of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our nut products are completely free from traces of other allergens. If you have specific concerns or dietary restrictions, please contact us before purchasing.
